Terms of lease

The lease agreement you sign is a convention d’occupation précaire. This type of agreement differs from the standard commercial lease of 3-6-9 years, giving you the reactivity you need during the business start-up period .

The conditions couldn’t be more simple : you sign for a minimum of three months, thereafter you have only to give one month’s notice prior to departure.

The office is yours to dispose of as and when you wish. You have unrestricted 24/7/365 access.
